Auto Club Enterprises in Coppell, TX seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead architecture and delivery across Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning. You will design scalable Salesforce solutions, guide technical direction, and drive complex multi-cloud implementations including Agentforce/AI agent concepts.

The role requires deep expertise in LWC/Apex/Service Cloud and strong DevOps with Gearset and Git workflows; mentorship and governance are key components.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven leadership in large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
• Deep expertise in: LWC/Aura, APEX (classes, triggers, batch/queueable jobs), Service Cloud, REST/SOAP, CDC.
• Strong DevOps experience with Gearset and Git-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical design for major Salesforce initiatives across Service Cloud, FSL, and integrations.
• Define engineering standards, patterns, and best practices for LWC, APEX, integrations, and DevOps.
• Lead multi-cloud architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
• Architect and implement advanced Service Cloud capabilities including omni-channel routing and case automation.
• Oversee FSL implementations including scheduling logic and dispatcher customization.
• Mentor junior/mid-level developers and drive governance and code quality.
