Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager, Salesforce to lead and inspire teams focused on our Salesforce platform across multiple Clouds. You will drive innovative, scalable solutions, coordinate with business and technology teams, and ensure secure, compliant implementations in a healthcare context.

The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise, MuleSoft experience, and strong leadership with a pragmatic, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years leading teams or direct reports.
• 10+ years as a Salesforce leader managing admins and developers.
• 5+ years with MuleSoft or similar integration platform.
• Strong expertise in at least two clouds among Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and admins to deliver Salesforce solutions across Clouds.
• Partner with internal teams to optimize Salesforce and MuleSoft based processes.
• Architect and deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions with best practices.
• Oversee Agile development, Jira tooling, and DevOps practices (CI/CD).
• Hire, coach, and mentor team members; manage budgets and vendor relationships.
