Job summary

Toyota North America seeks a Sr. Software Engineer (Salesforce Platform) to lead cloud-native, service-oriented platforms transformation.

You will shape architecture across Salesforce modules, mentor teams, and deliver scalable solutions for customers and partners in a real-world enterprise setting. You will own design and implementation of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, using Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures to enable end-to-end automation and robust integrations across

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud experience.
• Strong Apex development including triggers, classes, async processing and scalable logic.
• Proficient in Lighting Web Components and building reusable UI components.
• Deep configuration and automation with Flows, validation rules, layouts, dashboards.
• Experience designing OmniScripts and Integration Procedures and connecting to backends.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and data modeling for integration.
• Experience with Copado for Salesforce deployments and release management.
• Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
• Develop custom business logic and modern UI components using Apex and LWC.
• Implement OmniScripts and Integration Procedures to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and architecture to translate needs into solutions.
• Own system reliability through root-cause analysis and production issue troubleshooting.
• Provide technical leadership via code reviews, documentation, and mentoring.
