Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Salesforce engineering experience.
• Hands-on Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, platform events and design patterns.
• Broad Salesforce expertise beyond custom development and data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead Salesforce platform health, security, reliability, and evolution.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions for complex business capabilities.
• Implement directly with Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs; mentor junior developers.
• Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
