Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking a Salesforce Developer/Administrator Lead to own the development, administration, and integration of the Salesforce platform. This hands-on role focuses on execution with deep Salesforce expertise and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable business solutions.

Requirements include 5+ years of Salesforce development, Apex, LWCs, Flows, and strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Workato, and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, LWCs, and Flows for automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tooling.
• Admin experience including users, reports, dashboards, and config.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and requirements gathering.
• Experience with NetSuite integrations.
• GitHub, source control, and deployment processes.
• Hands-on with Workato or similar integration platforms.
• Ability to design scalable solutions and manage technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Apex solutions.
• Build automation and workflow improvements within Salesforce.
• Support Salesforce and NetSuite integrations.
• Manage and optimize Workato integrations across systems.
• Drive system and process improvements across multiple business functions.
• Take ownership of a substantial Salesforce development backlog and deliver scalable solutions.
