Job summary

APPLY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Tech Lead to own a comprehensive Salesforce Platform (Core CRM) for a global onboarding solution. You will shape data models, automation, UI, and packaging, collaborating with backend infra and integration teams.

In this high-autonomy role, you will mentor engineers, enforce best practices, and align with PMs and clients. Fluency in English; Spanish preferred for Chilean client work.

Qualifications

• Significant Salesforce platform leadership experience.
• Apex, triggers, tests, and governor limits expertise.
• Declarative + programmatic knowledge with LWC UI.
• SFDX/CLI deployment, sandboxes, CI/CD.
• Strong communication in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce delivery from data model to packaging.
• Guard architecture and data model consistency.
• Enforce production-grade standards and test coverage.
• Define contracts with backend integrations (APIs, e-sign).
• Lead and mentor Salesforce engineers; drive quality.
