Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in software engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of hands-on software development with large-scale production systems.
• Advanced Salesforce platform expertise including Service/Experience Cloud and Omni-Channel.
• Deep knowledge of REST, Platform Events, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and related tech to build scalable platforms.
• Own cross-domain initiatives spanning Salesforce, backend services, and cloud infra.
• Drive architecture decisions and engineering best practices for reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams through design reviews and architecture guidance.
• Integrate AI-powered development tools and automate workflows in the lifecycle.
