Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Digital Product Development Manager to lead outsourced delivery partners and provide hands‑on technical leadership. You will design, build, and maintain key Salesforce‑based platform capabilities, while partnering with Product and business stakeholders to clarify outcomes and drive agile delivery.

You will oversee vendor performance, manage risks, and drive continuous platform improvements, with a focus on scalable solutions and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in application delivery, software engineering, or digital product roles.
• Strong Salesforce experience with Apex, LWC, Flows and integrations.
• Background in Oracle databases and LOS supporting credit/funding processes.
• Bachelor's degree required; automotive/financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery for Salesforce solutions and platform capabilities.
• Govern vendor delivery, scope, quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify risks and dependencies; drive mitigation and resolution.
• Oversee platform health, technical debt, and performance improvements.
• Communicate status and decisions to stakeholders; align business and tech teams.
