Job summary

Hyundai Capital America seeks a Sr. Manager, Digital Product Development to drive the Daybreak and FICO Blaze platforms, advancing loan and lease originations. You will provide technical leadership, oversee platform stability, and guide modernization efforts.

You will partner with business, IT, and vendor teams to design scalable decisioning solutions, define architecture and roadmaps, and mentor a growing team across onshore and offshore partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with FICO Blaze Advisor, decisioning platforms, and enterprise application delivery.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with loan origination systems, risk models, scorecards, and decision services.
• Strong technical expertise in FICO Blaze Advisor, Java, SQL, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience delivering and supporting large-scale enterprise applications in financial services or automotive environments.
• Knowledge of SDLC, cloud technologies, microservices, CI/CD, and modern application architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and modernization of Daybreak and FICO Blaze platforms for loan and lease originations.
• Oversee scalable decisioning solutions, business rules, and scorecards.
• Partner with business, IT, vendors, and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Define solution architecture, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Oversee production performance, support, and platform reliability; lead RCA efforts.
• Manage vendor relationships, delivery quality, and project priorities across partners.
• Mentor and develop team members with technical direction and coaching.
