Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Digital Product Owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize delivery to maximize value. You will define requirements with business and tech stakeholders, support Agile delivery, and shape digital product strategies for dealer and customer experiences.

You will collaborate with architecture, UX, data, and security teams, lead Agile ceremonies, and drive measurable outcomes across releases and roadmaps. Hybrid office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in digital product management, business strategy, or related roles.
• Experience managing product backlogs, requirements, user stories, Agile delivery, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting product implementations, testing, releases, and process improvement efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Backlog Ownership & Prioritization: translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Agile Delivery: act as liaison between business, technology, operations, and leadership.
• Release Management & Product Performance: coordinate release planning, testing, training, deployment readiness, track performance.
• Partner with architecture, UX, data, security, and delivery teams to ensure scalable solutions.
• Manage dependencies, delivery risks, and vendor relationships to support successful implementation.
• Support product roadmaps, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
