Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Digital Product Owner to manage the product backlog and drive agile delivery for dealer and customer‑facing digital products. You will translate business needs into user stories, prioritize work, and coordinate with architecture, UX, data, and security teams to ensure scalable solutions.

You will lead agile ceremonies, manage releases, and monitor product performance to optimize value and outcomes across our financing and digital ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in digital product management, business strategy, business analysis, or related roles.
• Experience managing product backlogs, requirements, user stories, Agile delivery, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting product implementations, testing, releases, and process improvement efforts.
• Strong understanding of product management, Agile methodologies, digital workflows, CRM platforms, and business process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog and delivery priorities to maximize business value.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and artifacts.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and Agile ceremonies for successful delivery.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, training, and deployment readiness activities.
• Track product performance, adoption, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
