Job summary

Openkyber, LLC is seeking a seasoned SFDC Manager to lead the Salesforce platform's delivery, administration, and ongoing improvement. You will partner with stakeholders, product owners, and external Salesforce partners to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will oversee architecture, security, data management, and integrations while guiding teams and partners to meet roadmaps and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business or related field.
10+ years in Salesforce/SFDC with enterprise-level delivery.
Proven leadership of Salesforce teams and complex initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, data model and integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery and enhancement of Salesforce solutions across functions.
Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical leadership for Salesforce architecture, configuration and integrations.
Manage roadmaps, priorities, and dependencies with partners and stakeholders.
Oversee partners and internal resources to ensure quality and timing.
Enforce development, testing, deployment, and change-management practices.
Drive platform adoption, performance, data quality, and governance.
