Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead architecture, design scalable CRM solutions, and ensure HIPAA-aligned data handling. You will guide a team of developers, admins, and QA, align with client standards, and drive DevOps practices and release governance.

Responsibilities include reviewing high/low level designs, enforcing security models, and translating business needs into technical solutions during client discussions and architecture reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of Salesforce/CRM architecture experience.
• Proven ability to lead architecture reviews and design scalable solutions.
• Experience with HIPAA-aligned design and secure data handling.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable design aligned with Client's standards and architecture.
• Security and sharing model.
• Event-driven architecture (Platform Events where applicable).
• Audit trails and traceability.
• Review and approve all high-level and low-level designs with a 'Config First' approach.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA alignment at design level).
• Lead a team of developers, admins, and QA resources; mentor juniors.
• Help Allocate tasks and track progress across sprints; escalation point for blockers.
• Work with business analysts to refine requirements and translate to technical solutions.
• Participate in client discussions and architecture reviews; provide feasibility estimates.
• Help implement deployment strategy (CI/CD) per standards; oversee releases.
