Job summary

Synechron seeks a Lead Salesforce Architect to own the architecture of our Salesforce platform and lead the team that builds on it. You will set direction, define standards, and ensure the platform scales with the business while not constraining growth.

Reporting to the VP of IT & CISO, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to translate strategy into a platform roadmap, review designs, and steward delivery across internal admins and external

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years on Salesforce with architecture or lead design.
• 2+ years leading a team with direct reports.
• Experience migrating acquisitions or new units onto Salesforce.
• Hands-on with CPQ and Revenue Cloud internals.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and delivery of the migration to Revenue Cloud.
• Own the multi-year Salesforce platform roadmap and governance.
• Make build-versus-buy decisions and evaluate AppExchange solutions.
• Oversee integrations and data architecture across systems.
• Lead onboarding of acquisitions and new business units.
• Define standards, debt backlog, and release/DevOps strategy.
• Partner with security on access, audit, and compliance.
• Mentor a team of administrators and coordinate external partners.
