Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with progression to senior roles.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Visualforce; proficient in SOQL/SOSL, APIs.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, governance.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and data migrations.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and multi-environment deployment.
• Strong client-facing consulting and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, solution design, estimation, and delivery for complex Salesforce engagements.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand goals, constraints, processes, and architecture.
• Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce designs, diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Serve as the technical authority for platform design, development, integrations, data migration, and security.
• Mentor developers, admins, QA resources, and leads; conduct design and code reviews.
• Remain hands-on with Apex, LWC, APIs, debugging, and complex production issues.
• Design and govern integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Define architecture and development standards for scalability, maintainability, CI/CD, and environment management.
• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities and recommend mix of configuration, integration, and apps.
• Lead technical workstreams across full project lifecycles.
• Communicate risks, trade-offs, and estimates clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Support pre-sales with solutioning, technical demos, estimation, and client presentations.
