Job summary

CG Infinity, Inc. seeks a senior, client-facing Salesforce Technical Architect who has grown from hands-on Salesforce Developer into a technical leader, development manager, or architect.

You will own end-to-end technical solution design, lead delivery teams, and remain capable of diving into code, integrations, troubleshooting, and platform decisions when required. The ideal candidate operates at strategic and delivery levels: advising clients and executives, translating business priorities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with progression from Developer to Technical Lead/Architect.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or delivery programs.
• Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Visualforce (where applicable), SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce DX.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, role hierarchy, permission sets, profiles, and governance.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and data migration strategies.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, automated testing, code quality, release management, and multi-environment deployment.
• Proven ability to design for scale, performance, and maintainability.
• Consulting experience with direct client interaction and executive communication.
• Experience leading distributed or cross-functional teams while balancing hands-on contribution with architecture and delivery leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical choices in business terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, solution design, estimation, and delivery for complex Salesforce engagements.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand goals, constraints, processes, data, and enterprise architecture.
• Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce designs, including architecture diagrams, data models, integration specs, security models, and roadmaps.
• Act as technical authority for Salesforce platform design, custom development, integrations, data migration, release strategy, performance, and security.
• Lead, mentor, and review Salesforce developers, admins, QA, and technical leads; establish engineering standards.
• Remain hands-on as needed with Apex, LWC, APIs, integrations, debugging, and production issue resolution.
• Design and govern integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms using APIs and middleware.
• Define architecture and development standards for scalability, maintainability, testability, security, CI/CD, source control, and environment management.
• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities and recommend appropriate mix of configuration, declarative automation, and custom development or AppExchange solutions.
• Lead technical workstreams across full project lifecycles: discovery, design, build, test, deployment, hypercare, and optimization.
• Communicate technical risks, trade-offs, dependencies, estimates, and recommendations clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, technical demos, estimation, statements of work, and client presentations.
