Job summary

Healthcare seeks a Principal Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce initiatives across the organization. You will define architecture, standards, and reusable patterns while partnering with stakeholders to translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions.

You will guide architecture governance, oversee solution delivery, and mentor teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, driving innovation with secure, enterprise-grade Salesforce ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 12 years of IT with 10 years Salesforce development/architecture experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations from architecture through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define, describe, diagram, and document the role of technical and human components for solutions.
• Lead architecture governance and technical roadmaps to minimize debt.
• Oversee lifecycle management of IT portfolio including applications, infrastructure, and services.
• Support Agile delivery and collaborate with global teams.
