Job summary

Sequel Med Tech, based in Manchester, NH, seeks a Senior Salesforce System Engineer to lead architecture and delivery for Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and related solutions. You will shape data models, security, and integrations while guiding cross-functional teams through HIPAA-compliant implementations.

You will own platform health, performance, and DevOps practices, partnering with IT Security and Compliance to enforce encryption, access controls, and audit trails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years as senior Salesforce engineer in regulated environments.
• 3+ years with Health Cloud and/or Sales Cloud.
• 3+ years hands-on with MuleSoft or similar iPaaS.

Responsibilities

• Design platform architecture and data models for complex Salesforce workloads, ensuring HIPAA-compliant access and scalable reporting.
• Build and review advanced Flows, Apex, asynchronous processes, and Lightning Web Components.
• Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (Veeva, Snowflake, AWS) using MuleSoft.
• Lead release management and change control with sandbox, deployments, and traceability in CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security governance, encryption, access controls, and audit logging in Salesforce environments.
• Provide documentation, health monitoring, and mentorship to engineers.
