Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a Senior Salesforce Platform Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize our enterprise Salesforce environment.
The role combines administration, solution design, business analysis, and targeted development to deliver scalable, reliable business solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce admin and development experience, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions across Service Cloud,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or IT related field required.
- 5+ years as Business Analyst/Administrator with at least 4 years as Sr Salesforce BA/Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certs desirable.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud and related modules.
- Analyze and troubleshoot voice routing and agent desktop issues across Salesforce and related tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, documented solutions and reports.
