IdealStaffs Consulting is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to drive continual improvements to a Salesforce platform, gather requirements, design scalable best-practice solutions, and manage the product roadmap. The role emphasizes user experience, training, and effective stakeholder communication across a remote team and client environments.

Qualifications

5+ years Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) preferred

Responsibilities

Manage user and license administration including setup, roles, profiles and permissions
Configure Salesforce components (Workflow, Flow, Page Layouts, Record Types, Dashboards)
Gather requirements and translate into scalable best-practice solutions
Manage sandbox environments and DevOps/release processes
Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders
Improve Salesforce data quality and implement data rules/automation
Coordinate with third-party apps (DocuSign, Conga, Survey Gizmo, Mailchimp)
