Bio-Techne Corp seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the architecture and hands-on development of our Salesforce platform. The role drives technical strategy, guides a team of developers and admins, and ensures cohesive solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You will mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, manage CI/CD releases, and partner with business stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Salesforce with senior developer/architect experience
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP) and middleware
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Copado, Gearset)
• Proficient in Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder)

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions with complex integrations
• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce products and conduct architecture/code reviews
• Develop using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components; utilize declarative tooling
• Partner with stakeholders to define the technical roadmap for the Salesforce platform
• Manage CI/CD and end-to-end release processes
• Troubleshoot complex issues, performance bottlenecks, and security concerns
• Mentor developers and enforce best practices for quality and maintainability
