Job summary

Celestica seeks a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer with Marketing Cloud expertise to join our Salesforce Center of Excellence. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement them through configuration and code, owning the delivered Marketing Cloud solution end-to-end.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, ongoing enhancements, and adherence to Salesforce best practices while working remotely with flexibility for travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce technical lead delivering changes end to end.
• Experience delivering and operating Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with Marketing Cloud Next (Data Cloud-native) preferred.
• Practical experience with email/landing-page delivery, subdomain setup, domain authentication, deliverability, and consent management.
• Salesforce PD1/PD2 certifications preferred; Marketing Cloud certification required.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce security model.

Responsibilities

• Own technical standards, design decisions, and enhancement roadmap for the Marketing Cloud platform.
• Lead and mentor admins, developers, and analysts within the CoE and coordinate with external partners.
• Maintain and operate the partner-delivered Marketing Cloud solution, ensuring supportability and best practices.
• Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, objects, fields, and validation rules.
• Oversee DevOps practices and tools (Gearset, CI/CD) for deployments and backups.
