Qualifications

• Hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery and operation required.
• Experience as technical lead for Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of data cloud, CRMA, and manufacturing cloud capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Personally solution and implement Salesforce changes end to end through configuration and code (Apex, LWC, flows).
• Serve as technical lead for Marketing Cloud platform and roadmap.
• Maintain and optimize the partner-delivered Marketing Cloud solution and ensure best practices.
