Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience focusing on Sales and/or Service Cloud.
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations in a lead functional role.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Sales Consultant and/or Service Consultant preferred.
• Deep functional knowledge of Sales Cloud/Service Cloud data models, processes, and configuration.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops for Sales and Service Cloud engagements.
• Design end-to-end functional solutions, including data models and configuration specs.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivery per design and best practice.
• Present recommendations, project status, and walkthroughs to client executives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and Salesforce capability adoption.
• Mentor Business Analysts and junior consultants on functional best practices.
