Job summary

CloudMasonry, LLC seeks a Senior Consultant to join our Managed Services team in Indianapolis. You will serve as the technical point of contact, set objectives, and ensure quality across client engagements.

You will work with Business Analysts to translate user needs into Salesforce changes and coordinate multiple workstreams. You should be detail-oriented, comfortable coordinating resources across concurrent streams, and possess hands-on Salesforce experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.
• Salesforce Admin Certification is required.
• Sales/Service Cloud experience required.
• Ability to architect high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Strong project and client management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a backlog of enhancements based on client needs.
• Lead a project with minimal guidance to successful delivery.
• Direct a project team with strong delegation and communication.
• Consult clients to ensure solutions meet business needs and gain buy-in.
• Develop and track backlog progression and share updates with clients.
• Understand client organizations deeply and build trust with stakeholders.
• Facilitate Quarterly Planning Sessions with client stakeholders to review progress and roadmap.
• Apply project management experience to manage engagements and timelines.
• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions for client programs.
