Job summary

Define target-state architecture and governance frameworks.
Establish enterprise standards for scalability, performance, and security.
Oversee configurations, customizations, and development with Apex, LWC, and Flows.
Drive DevOps adoption with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
Collaborate with IT, business partners, and clients to identify pain points and define solutions.
Lead large-scale Salesforce programs involving cross-functional teams and multi-cloud integrations.
Evaluate Salesforce apps and AppExchange solutions to enhance capabilities.
