New York Life Insurance Co. seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

You will guide architecture, integration, and platform optimization while collaborating with product owners and architects to deliver scalable customer, agent, and service experiences. You will mentor teammates, promote engineering excellence, and drive adoption of Salesforce best practices in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns.
• Experience in Agile environments with Jira, SDLC practices, and CI/CD.
• Proficient in JavaScript/ReactJS, SLDS, and cloud tech (AWS).
• Excellent analytical and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
