Job summary

J.M. Smucker's Information Services department seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to drive CRM and integrations for AFH across Sales, Revenue Growth, and Marketing.

The role leads the Salesforce platform, builds scalable solutions, and mentors developers in a hybrid, on-site role in Orrville, Ohio. You will design, develop, and support Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs, manage integrations with AWS, data lake, and marketing platforms, and guide deployment and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts and manage delivery of medium to large Salesforce projects, including directing other developers and contractors.
• Design scalable solutions across Salesforce, AWS, and connected platforms with technical designs and implementation docs.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and API integrations.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and related technologies.
• Lead testing, data validation, release readiness, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide technical leadership during cutover planning, deployments, and hypercare support.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and integration issues and manage platform health and security.
• Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation; promote DevOps practices and standardization.
• Set stakeholder expectations on delivery timelines and platform capabilities; support Experience Cloud solutions.
