This hands-on role leads technical delivery and mentors developers while partnerin with IS teams to enable scalable, secure platforms. Hybrid work arrangement requires on-site presence minimum nine days per month, with strong focus on automation, data integrity, and platform reliability to support Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Growth

Qualificações

• 5+ years as a developer with a STEM degree or equivalent training.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs.
• Proficiency with AWS services, especially Lambda and data integration.
• Experience with Python, GitHub Actions, SQL, and modern SDLC/DevOps.
• Ability to design, implement, and support enterprise integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical efforts and delivery of medium to large Salesforce projects.
• Direct developers, contractors, and resources; build technical plans.
• Design scalable Salesforce/AWS integrations with documentation.
• Develop and maintain Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and APIs.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Lead testing, data validation, and release readiness activities.
• Provide technical leadership during cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and integration issues.
• Mentor developers and guide long-term Salesforce development ownership.
