Job summary

JSM Consulting Inc. in New York seeks an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to design and implement scalable CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities and support business operations. The role requires deep hands-on development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations, plus governance of best practices and governor limits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git, Copado).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and develop detailed system process flows to support design and development.
• Design, code, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications and enhancements.
• Perform Salesforce integration with other systems and applications.
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users.
• Ensure alignment of business requirements with Salesforce functionality, customizing and adapting the platform as needed.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
• Develop custom applications and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
• Provide technical support and user training to Salesforce end-users.
• Perform regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
• Keep abreast with new Salesforce features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for deployment and testing.
