Information Services seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain Salesforce CRM and integrations for AFH, spanning Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Growth Management. You will lead technical directions, mentor teammates, and deliver scalable solutions in a cloud-centric environment from Orrville, OH with hybrid onsite work. Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience as a developer or similar role.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs.
• Proficiency with AWS services including Lambda and data integration.
• Proficiency with Python, GitHub Actions, SQL, and modern software practices.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations.
• Experience with SDLC and delivering in Agile, Waterfall, or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, and security (OAuth, SAML, SSO).
• Ability to estimate technical work and mentor others.
• Ability to manage work across contractors and partners.
• Experience with Cloud Computing and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts and deliver Salesforce projects, directing developers and resources.
• Design scalable solutions across Salesforce, AWS, and connected platforms.
• Develop custom Salesforce functionality with Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs; integrate with enterprise systems.
• Lead testing, data validation, and release readiness; support cutover and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and integration issues; ensure platform health and security.
• Develop SOPs, technical docs, and maintain documentation repositories.
• Mentor developers and drive long-term Salesforce development ownership.
