J.T.M. Food Group in Harrison, OH is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own the Salesforce ecosystem from Sales Cloud to Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and ERP integration with Ross.

You will manage day-to-day admin tasks, maintain security, automate processes with flows, build reports and dashboards, and collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, and finance to drive adoption. Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud).
• Experience as Product Owner or in a business-facing Salesforce role.
• Experience with Pardot lead journeys, Engagement Studio, and lead scoring.
• Familiarity with ERP integrations (ROSS or similar).
• APIs, integrations, and basic debugging knowledge.
• Experience in food, CPG, manufacturing, or distribution environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day Salesforce configuration: users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security model.
• Maintain declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approvals) to support sales, marketing, and trade workflows.
• Own reports, dashboards, and data quality across Sales Cloud for leadership visibility.
• Assist with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) lead journeys and landing pages.
• Serve as business-side liaison on the ROSS ERP integration and validate data flow.
• Provide front-line end-user support and escalate to partners as needed.
