McKesson is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. You will work on Apex, LWC, Flow, and Platform Events, and design Java Spring Boot APIs to connect Salesforce with other systems.

You will mentor engineers, lead architectural reviews, and advance DevOps practices, security, and performance. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role based in Richmond, VA.

• Architect, develop, and optimize enterprise‑grade Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, and Platform Events.
• Design and build scalable Java Spring Boot APIs and microservices that connect Salesforce with enterprise systems.
• Develop robust integrations using REST, SOAP, event‑driven patterns, and middleware technologies.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and balance declarative config with custom development.
• Lead technical design and code reviews, setting standards for architecture, security, testing, observability, and performance.
• Create reusable frameworks, components, and patterns to boost developer productivity and platform maintainability.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable technical solutions and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, architecture coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive DevOps practices across source control, automated testing, CI/CD, release automation, and environment management.
• Continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, and delivery velocity.
