Job summary
Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with Government Cloud experience to join our DCX Team. You will collaborate with architects and business colleagues to translate designs into scalable, secure Salesforce implementations.
You will lead the technical delivery team across configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, DevOps, and deployment, while applying best practices for security and compliance.
Qualifications
- 8-12 years IT experience with 6-8 years Salesforce implementation experience delivering secure, enterprise-scale solutions.
- Leads the technical delivery team across configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, DevOps, deployment, and environment management activities.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, Flows, security model implementation, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience delivering solutions within Government Cloud or other compliance-driven environments while adhering to architectural, security, and quality standards.
