Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects; Director level: 2‑5 years of direct people management.
Strong design, data, integration, and security architecture expertise.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to C‑level audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders at enterprise clients.
Architect multi‑cloud technology solutions across application, data, integration, and security domains.
Lead cross‑functional teams of architects and developers; Director level may manage people.
Facilitate executive workshops, drive program governance, and manage negotiations.
Identify and proactively manage risk areas to resolution.
Review project direction, approach, and artifacts to keep programs on track.
Guide customers in adopting emerging technologies that drive business value.
Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
