General Board of Higher Education and Ministry (GBHEM), part of the United Methodist Church, seeks a Salesforce Manager to lead the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, defining strategy, roadmap, and governance. Remote opportunity with a strong emphasis on data integrity, security, and scalable architecture.

You will supervise Salesforce staff and contractors, drive adoption, deliver dashboards for executives, and collaborate across GBHEM/GBGM to align CRM with mission priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and enterprise CRM.
• Experience delivering enterprise platforms in mission-driven organizations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide enterprise level leadership and direction for Salesforce, setting vision and roadmap.
• Lead Salesforce staff and contractors, manage performance and priorities.
• Oversee architecture, configurations, integrations, and security.
• Direct enterprise reporting, dashboards, and analytics for exec decisions.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver initiatives.
