Job summary

Focus on the Family, headquartered in Colorado Springs, seeks a Software Engineer 3 to develop and manage enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce) and digital properties. You will write, test, and release code, troubleshoot, and implement best practices in an Agile DevSecOps environment.

You’ll work on back-end, front-end, mobile, and API layers, mentor teammates, and contribute to secure, scalable solutions across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or related field or equivalent.
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming and data modeling.
• Experience with modern web technologies and APIs; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, scalable server-side and client-side code across web and mobile apps.
• Build, test, and release software in an Agile, DevSecOps environment.
• Mentor teammates and participate in architecture discussions.
• Design and implement APIs, micro-services, and database integrations.
• Ensure security, performance, and maintainability of enterprise apps.
