Job summary

Christian Science is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead CRM management on the Enterprise Application Engineering CRM Team. You will configure, maintain and optimize Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and related apps, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive adoption and governance across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce admin experience, Salesforce Admin cert, and strong experience with reports, data modeling, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (equivalent experience considered).
• 5+ years Salesforce.com administration experience required.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with DocuSign, Conga, SQL/SOQL, Apex, process builders, flows and other Salesforce tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing Salesforce administration and user support, including security, roles, profiles and access settings.
• Configure, maintain and improve Salesforce CRM for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business needs; manage data and integrations.
• Collaborate with CRM team and stakeholders to deliver features and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor other Salesforce administrators and contribute to CRM roadmap and governance.
