Job summary

Envestnet is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Platform Developer to design, build, and support secure, scalable Salesforce solutions for wealth management workflows. You will manage user access, configure objects, and implement Flow-based automations while collaborating with Architecture, Engineering and Marketing teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Salesforce admin experience, Salesforce Administrator certs (Advanced Admin preferred) and Platform Developer I.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required (Advanced Admin preferred).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data models, and security.
• Experience supporting integrated applications and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with deployment strategies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, support and optimize Salesforce-based programs powering wealth management workflows.
• Administer the Salesforce platform day-to-day, including user mgmt and configuration changes.
• Configure objects, fields, layouts, record types, validation and Lightning components.
• Build automation using Salesforce Flow and other low‑code tools.
• Execute data imports/exports, cleansing, and governance activities.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Operations and QA on implementations.
• Provide reporting metrics and insights related to platform cost and utilization.
• Ensure security, compliance and high availability of applications.
