Job summary

Ascension is seeking a remote marketing leader focused on the neurosurgery physician program. You will drive patient volume and strengthen network referrals by shaping strategic marketing and brand messaging across channels.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to translate clinical priorities into impactful plans, analyze campaigns, and deliver data-driven performance reports to executives, overseeing patient access marketing and scheduling journeys.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a diploma plus experience, or higher, with leadership exposure.
• Seven years of software development experience with leadership exposure is noted.
• Experience configuring and developing within Salesforce Data Cloud is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing and brand messaging for the neurosurgery physician program to drive patient volume and strengthen network referrals.
• Oversee patient access marketing across local urgent care, emergency, and provider promotion channels to streamline new patient scheduling journeys.
• Partner with senior clinic directors and physician leadership to translate clinical priorities into high-impact marketing plans.
• Analyze campaign data and digital metrics to optimize marketing traction and present performance reports to executive leadership.
