Cardinal Health seeks a Technical Lead (Salesforce) to drive technical execution quality and enablement for ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud. This senior role links engineering with business stakeholders, translating intent into Salesforce designs and implementations.

The candidate will own technical standards, design integrity, and SDLC rigor, partnering with Solution Owners and Product teams to ensure secure, scalable Salesforce solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on application development experience.
• Strong Salesforce technical experience (configuration + integration + SDLC delivery).

Responsibilities

• Own technical execution quality for Salesforce solution areas, including delivery of components to standards.
• Lead design and code/configuration reviews (Apex, integrations, Flows, security model) to ensure standards.
• Identify Salesforce platform risks early and propose options and mitigation plans with delivery leadership.
