Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Senior Engineer, Salesforce to maintain and enhance the Salesforce CRM system, build reports and dashboards, and ensure security. You will work with IT, data analysts, UI/UX, and vendors to deliver solutions in a remote setup.

The role requires a strong Salesforce background, 5+ years in CRM engineering, and excellent communication across teams. Comprehensive benefits and a remote-friendly environment are offered.

Qualifications

5+ years of CRM Engineer experience or similar role.
Hands-on CRM implementation, administration, maintenance and optimization with Salesforce or similar.
Strong communication of complex ideas to engineers and management.

Responsibilities

Lead evaluations and improve CRM coding practices and standards.
Evaluate and improve Salesforce CRM system design and integration.
Maintain Salesforce system updates, reports, dashboards and security.
Provide end-user support and documentation.
Collaborate with vendors, SI partners and business teams on delivery.
