Vibrant Emotional Health’s CRM Manager leads a team responsible for designing, implementing, and administering the Salesforce system supporting the 988 Lifeline network. The role focuses on maintaining the Salesforce environment and collaborating with the business team on workflow design and processes.

The position requires 7+ years in Salesforce administration and 2+ years of people management, with strong communication and agile continuous-improvement skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce administration, CRM operations, or related experience.
• 2+ years of formal people-management or supervisory experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration, security/access, reporting, data management, testing, troubleshooting, and production-support.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM administration and support including intake, triage, assignment, escalation, resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop CRM administrators with goals, workload planning, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Maintain operating procedures for access, tickets, incidents, data changes, and vendor handoffs.
• Oversee users, roles, permissions, licenses, and audits with IAM and Security.
• Ensure changes are documented, tested, approved, and traceable and follow change practices.
• Monitor service demand, capacity, ticket trends, and risks to improve reliability.
