Morningstar, Inc. seeks a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Service.

This role partners with product management, stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into secure, maintainable solutions; leads complex development and integration work; mentors junior developers. Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant software engineering experience or Master’s with 3 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience including Sales and Service Cloud
• Experience with Lightning components and Apex; SQL Server; ASP/ASP.NET
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, generative AI patterns, prompt design, data grounding, security controls, and responsible AI governance is preferred
• Knowledge of Informatica and enterprise integration concepts including APIs, middleware, ETL and data pipelines

Responsabilidades

• Understand business requirements from core partners in Sales, Finance and Marketing to deliver Salesforce solutions
• Own programmatic requests and collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder needs
• Mentor junior developers (40%)
• Transform business requirements into scalable Force.com solutions
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems
• Design, build and support Salesforce Agentforce capabilities and AI-enabled outcomes
• Evaluate when to use point-and-click tools vs Apex code for requirements
• Develop high quality, reusable code respecting governor and API limits
• Support legacy SQL Server CRM applications
• Create and execute unit and integration tests with >75% test coverage
• Review junior developer code
• Assist with QA testing and guide user acceptance testing; manage release packaging and version control
