Salesforce is seeking a Senior member of Technical Staff to design and build production-grade Salesforce applications, integrating AI capabilities like Agentforce. You will own complex features, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and operations teams to drive scalable solutions across enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes strong CS fundamentals, hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWCs, SOQL), and experience with cloud or SaaS platforms.

Formación

• 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems and features.
• Related technical degree required.
• Strong CS fundamentals; proficient in one or more languages from Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Apex, Python, Go, C#/.NET.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical design and implementation of production-ready Salesforce applications.
• Own complex features from requirements through deployment and support.
• Design and maintain robust integrations using REST, SOAP, GraphQL and event-driven patterns.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and security; mentor teammates.
