Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Engineer & Dev Ops Specialist to own the Salesforce ecosystem, release lifecycle, GitHub administration, and CI/CD pipelines.

You’ll balance hands‑on platform development with release engineering across Certinia PSA, CPQ/ARM, and AI initiatives. You will work across UI, APIs, data models, and integrations using LWC, Apex, REST, and modern patterns, while leveraging AI tooling to accelerate development and maintain security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑stack software engineering across frontend, backend, APIs, and data modeling.
• Proven Salesforce platform development experience with Git workflows, CI/CD for enterprise deployments.
• Daily proficiency using AI‑assisted coding tools to accelerate scaffolding, refactoring, and debugging.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, SDLC, sandbox lifecycle management, and metadata deployment mechanics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Dev Ops operations: GitHub admin, git automation, branching, CI/CD optimization, sandbox management, release governance.
• Design and build full‑stack Salesforce features: UI, APIs, business logic, data models, and integrations (LWC, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, REST).
• Drive technical design and development across Certinia PSA, CPQ/ARM, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools throughout the SDLC while maintaining code quality and security on AI outputs.
• Establish deployment gates and telemetry to monitor pipeline efficiency and release health.
