Job summary

Anthropic in Seattle is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain the Salesforce platform powering our customer motions and quote-to-cash processes. You will implement Apex, Flow, LWC, and integrations, collaborating with RevOps, Legal, Billing, and Finance.

You will leverage Claude and internal AI tooling as part of the build and code-review workflow, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flow.
• Proficient CPQ and quote-to-cash implementation experience.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with billing/ERP via APIs.
• Familiar with SFDX and release processes.
• Experience with AI-assisted tooling (e.g., Claude) is a plus.
• Strong SQL basics and data skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex, LWC, and Flow automation.
• Design and build CPQ infrastructure including catalog and pricing data model; manage quote/order lifecycle.
• Extend CPQ with custom pricing and quote calculation logic.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and billing/provisioning/finance systems (Stripe, Metronome, NetSuite).
• Support new product and pricing launches by modeling catalog and pricing changes.
• Use Claude and internal AI tooling in build and code-review workflow.
• Partner with Business Systems analysts and Finance to ensure data-model supports bookings and revenue reporting.
• Collaborate with DevOps on release management and deployment via SFDX/metadata tooling.
• Ensure controls, test coverage, and documentation for pricing, discounts, and contracts.
• Operate with ambiguity and propose scalable solutions.
