Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Engineer & Dev Ops Specialist to own the Salesforce ecosystem, release lifecycle, and CI/CD pipelines. You will balance hands-on platform development with release engineering, driving revenue processes and scalable architecture for production solutions.

You will leverage AI-assisted tooling and work across Certinia PSA, CPQ/ARM, and enterprise initiatives, ensuring robust deployment gates and security throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and data modeling.
• Proven Salesforce platform development experience and deep Git workflows/CI‑CD for enterprise deployments.
• Daily proficiency using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate scaffolding, refactoring, and debugging.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, sandbox lifecycle management, and metadata deployment mechanics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DevOps operations, including GitHub administration, git automation, branching, and CI/CD optimization.
• Design and build full-stack Salesforce features—UI, APIs, data models, and integrations (LWC, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flows).
• Drive technical design across Certinia PSA, CPQ/ARM, and cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools throughout the SDLC while ensuring code quality and security on AI outputs.
• Establish deployment gates and telemetry to monitor pipeline efficiency and release health.
