Elastic seeks a Sr. Salesforce Engineer & Dev Ops Specialist to own the release lifecycle, manage GitHub administration, and streamline CI/CD for Certinia PSA, CPQ/ARM, and AI initiatives.

You will balance hands-on platform development with release engineering to deliver reliable production solutions. You bring 5+ years in full-stack engineering, strong Salesforce DevOps depth, and experience with AI-assisted coding tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and data modeling.
• Proven Salesforce platform development experience alongside Git workflows, git automation, branching strategies, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines for enterprise deployments.
• Daily proficiency using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate scaffolding, refactoring, and debugging.
• Solid knowledge of software design patterns, SDLC, sandbox lifecycle management, and metadata deployment mechanics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dev Ops operations, including GitHub administration, git automation, branching strategies, CI/CD pipeline optimization, scratch org/sandbox management, backup strategies, and release governance.
• Design and build full-stack Salesforce features-UI, APIs, business logic, data models, and integrations-using LWC, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and modern REST/event-driven patterns.
• Drive technical design and development across Certinia PSA, CPQ/ARM, and cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot) throughout the SDLC while maintaining oversight, code quality, and security on AI outputs.
• Establish robust deployment gates and build telemetry to monitor pipeline efficiency and release health.
