Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Engineer & Dev Ops Specialist in the United States. You will own the Salesforce ecosystem, manage release lifecycles, GitHub automation, and CI/CD pipelines while enabling SAAS revenue platforms like Certinia PSA, CPQ/ARM, and Revenue Cloud.

You will combine hands-on platform development with release engineering, ensuring high-quality, scalable production solutions across enterprise projects and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Deep Salesforce platform development and GitHub CI/CD expertise.
• Experience with Copado, Gearset, Certinia PSA, Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DevOps operations, including GitHub administration, automation, branching strategies, CI/CD, sandbox management, release governance.
• Design and build full-stack Salesforce features—UI, APIs, data models, integrations using LWC, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, REST/event-driven patterns.
• Drive technical design across Certinia PSA, CPQ/ARM, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools throughout the SDLC while maintaining code quality and security on AI outputs.
• Establish robust deployment gates and telemetry to monitor pipeline efficiency and release health.
